The servers in the pool area are friendly and attentive. My only complaint is that there are not enough umbrellas.
Beach towels are furnished as is iced bottled water. I had the stacked cheese enchiladas and they were absolutely delicious! As was the pot roast which my daughter enjoyed. Our room was on the 24th floor and it was immaculately clean. No where was I aware of people smoking, and I am very sensitive to cigarette smoke. I found the cleaning/disinfecting protocols here to be excellent everywhere were employees cleaning and the policies in place help to keep people safe. In this age of COVID precautions, I was a little leery of staying anywhere away from home.
